Any amount once added to a Freestrike account of a user can never be refunded, and the amount can be used to join the leagues and Freestrike contest(s).

The individuals who use the services and contests provided by Freestrike are not permitted to cancel a transaction that has been confirmed. However, Freestrike is authorized to permit any user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the user at its sole and absolute discretion in an event: When a User sends a written request to Freestrike from the registered email address to cancel a payment, or if a payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), Freestrike cannot be held liable for refunding any amount thereafter.

Freestrike reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refund the transaction amount to the User after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Also, the users should be aware of the additional terms and conditions during the transaction process. The clauses defined in additional terms and conditions shall prevail over the present Terms and Conditions defined by Freestrike. Refunds are only applicable to the amount deducted when joining a league and will be credited back to the Freestrike User Account.

If there is an unforeseen event, such as cancellation of the event, technical errors, or other reasons, league joining fees will be refunded only. There will be no claim on the winnings as determined by rank.
