If you use the Website, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We ask that you refrain from using the Website if you are not in agreement with these terms and conditions. Freestrike is the flagship brand of Newhatch Associates Private Limited “Freestrike”.

UTILIZATION OF FREESTRIKE

Each user of this Website ("User"), as well as those accessing its facilities ("Facilities/Services"), as well as all participants in the competitions and contests that will be conducted on the Website ("Competition/Contests") shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rules, regulations, or terms provided by the Website regarding the Facility(ies) in question.

REVISION

By using this Website, the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use stated herein or provided by Freestrike in relation to any Amusement Facility. The Terms and Conditions may be changed or amended by posting a notification on the user's account or by sending an email to the user's registered email address.

Users are required to inform Freestrike that they do not accept the amended Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Freestrike in such an email or notification. Any modified Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Freestrike will be deemed accepted by the User if no action is taken by the User within the time specified in the email or notification. The use of certain Facilities offered by Freestrike may also be subject to additional rules and regulations. Whenever these Terms and Conditions conflict with the additional conditions set forth, the additional conditions shall prevail.

Freestrike has absolute and exclusive authority to:

• Any User's access to the Website or any part thereof may be restricted, canceled, or suspended;
• Changing, suspending or discontinuing the Facilities Services;
• Remove, reject or move any material submitted by a User;
• Delete or move any content available on the Website;
• Deactivate or delete the User's account and all its contents;
• Establish general practices and limitations for using the Website.
• Adding or updating the list of players available for selection in a Contest in light of changes to the rosters of players concerned with the relevant Sports Event.
• Transfer its rights and liabilities under these Terms and Conditions to any entity (post-notification to all Users by email ids)

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

• Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible for the Contest(s).
• Those currently residing in India may only appear in the Contest(s). Freestrike reserves the right, in accordance with the laws prevailing in some Indian states, to bar individuals residing in those states from participating.
• There is currently no possibility of participating in the paid version of the Contest for those living in the Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana as the laws of these states prohibit participation in games of skill that require payment of entry fees.
• Participants are only eligible to participate and win real cash in the Contest if they have registered on the website in accordance with the process outlined above prior to each match.

AN INFRINGEMENT

If Freestrike reasonably believes that any User has breached these Terms and Conditions or abused the Website or its provided facilities,Freestrike may suspend, cancel or restrict such User’s access to any or all of the Website's Facilities/Services, deactivate or delete the User's account, delete the User's content posted on the Website, and take any technical steps necessary at its sole and absolute discretion without notifying the User. Freestrike may charge a fee (if any) for any of its Facilities/Services, but the Website will repay that fee in the event of suspension or removal of the User's account or the Website and its Facilities due to negligence on the part of Freestrike.

Freestrike reserves the right, at its own discretion, to take any necessary remedial action, including but not limited to restricting, suspending or terminating any User's access to the entire website.

Users are not allowed to modify any files or software that are part of the Website Facilities without Freestrike's explicit written consent. Users agree not to engage in actions or communications that are obscene, offensive, defamatory, racial, communal or anti national in nature. Users are entitled to Freestrike to comply with any governmental, court or law-enforcement requests or requirements regarding their use of the Website.

It is hereby agreed that Users will not use any automated means to access, monitor, or copy any part of the site, including but not limited to robots, scripts, or spiders. Laws and legal processes apply to the use of this website.

Our online advertisers are provided with aggregated statistics on traffic to different areas of our website whenever information is presented in order to help them understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on our website.

We serve ads on our websites through third-party advertisers. REGISTRATION

Participants must provide the following information accurately in order to register for the Contest(s):

• Full Name
• Team Name(s)
• E-mail address
• Password
• State of Residence
• Country of Residence
• Gender
• Date of birth
• City of Residence
• College attended
• All participants must confirm they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
• If the participant lives in a state that does not allow sake games. Such contestants are not eligible to participate.

FANTASY POINT TABULATION

It is possible for Freestrike to obtain the score feed and other information it needs to compute and tabulate fantasy points from third party service providers. Freestrike will attempt to rectify any error in point computation or winner selection caused by inaccurate feeds provided by the third party service providers as soon as possible, but in the event that any inconvenience is caused even after rectification, Freestrike will not be responsible. Furthermore, Users agree not to raise any objections or claims regarding the matter as mentioned above.

REACHING OUT TO WINNERS

Winners will be contacted by Freestrike or by a third party conducting the Contest via e-mail provided upon registration. A detailed description of the verification process and the documents required for the collection of cash will be provided to the Winners at this point. Winners are generally required to submit the following documents:

• Full Name
• Team Name(s)
• E-mail address

If the above mentioned documents are not received and verified within the time-frame stipulated by Freestrike, the Winner will not be permitted to withdraw his/her win/accumulated winnings. As part of the verification process, the User represents and warrants that the documents they provide are true copies of the original documents.

During registration, participants are required to provide accurate and complete details. The website Freestrike is not responsible for communications errors, omissions or commissions, including those of the Participants, as a result of which the results may not be communicated to the Winner.

The Winners list will be posted on a separate webpage on the Website. The winners will also be notified via email. If a participant has been declared a Winner on the webpage above but has not yet received any communication from Freestrike, he or she should contact Freestrike within the time specified on the webpage.

MISCELLANEOUS

Neither Freestrike nor its sponsors are responsible for the transportation or packaging of real cash to the winners. A Participant who is found to be violating the If you violate the Indian Majority Act or any other law of the land for the time being while playing the paid formats of the Contest(s), you may be disqualified. All real cash is non-transferable and non-refundable.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Regardless of the nature of the dispute, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over, or related to, the Amusement Facilities/Services provided by Freestrike (including the Contest(s)), the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the User(s) (including the Participants) or Freestrike, as well as the exclusive jurisdiction to grant interim or preliminary relief in case of a dispute referred to arbitration.

All such issues and questions are governed and construed by the law of the Republic of India.

The party raising the dispute (which can be a legal question or issue) must notify the other party in writing ("Notification").

After fifteen (15) days from receipt of the notification, if the parties can't reach an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the courts of the jurisdiction specified herein.

Any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions shall not preclude Freestrike from seeking and obtaining interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief, or any other relief available to safeguard Freestrike's interest prior to, during or following the filing of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration proceedings from any court that has jurisdiction to do so.

Freestrike does not waive its right to seek equitable or injunctive relief by seeking monetary damages through this arbitration procedure.
